The day you become greedy, and hope to get "lucky", is the time you squander all of your cash. Seems a bit absurd, but it seems to be legitimate. The only time I ever win cash is when I do not care about blowing it. I headed to the the casino the other evening with $20. I couldn’t care any less about losing it, I mean, what is 20 dollars? So guess what happened? I left with $120 profit in a few hours!
Another time I was at the casino with my buddy Ben. I took with me $100 that I could not afford to lose. I got greedy, I got worried, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 30 minutes! The lesson is never ever bet more than you can commit to lose. If you don’t panic about not winning, you have a greater chance of winning big!
What other ways can you increase your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than making a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Sure, they come up every once in a while, but they don’t come up enough to ensure a steady profit. Only wager on 1:1 bets e.g. red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers for example first dozen, second 12, 3rd 12, etc Bet on odds that pay out fairly big.
With the basic facts covered, how else can we additionally elevate our chances of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our friend, instead of our mortal enemy. "You cannot win at Roulette", my friend Jeff would say to me. "It’s absolutely random because any number might come up".
