The time you become hoggish, and pray to get "lucky", is the point you give away all of your money. Seems a bit abnormal, but it appears to be true. It seems the only time I ever amass money is when I do not panic about losing it. I decided to go to the the casino the other night with twenty dollarsin my pocket. I couldn’t care any less about blowing it, who cares about $20? So guess what happened? I left with $120 in profit in one hour!
Another occassion I was at the casino with my buddy Ben. I took with me 100 dollars that I could not bear to squander. I got hoggish, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in 30 minutes! The lesson is don’t ever wager more than you can stand to lose. If you don’t panic about not winning, you have a greater opportunity of profiting big!
How else can you increase your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than setting a budget? do not wager on individual numbers! Sure, they hit occasionally, but they don’t hit often enough to guarantee a steady profit. Just wager on even bets like red, black, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets e.g. first 12, 2nd dozen, 3rd dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay out relatively big.
With the basic facts reviewed, how else can we further elevate our odds of winning at Roulette? By making probability into our buddy, instead of our mortal enemy. "You can’t succeed at Roulette", my friend Chris would say to me. "It’s completely random due to the fact that any number might come up". Absolutely, my friend Ben certainly has a point, but at the same time, he is overlooking a significant part of the picture. I totally agree, red or black might be landed on thirty times in a row, but how often does that happen?
