The day you become greedy, and hope to get "lucky", is the point you lose all of your money. Sounds a bit strange, but it seems to be credible. It seems the only time I ever come away with money is when I don’t care about squandering it. I decided to go to the the casino the other evening with twenty dollarsin my pocket. I couldn’t care any less about blowing it, who cares about twenty dollars? So guess what happened? I left with one hundred and twenty dollars profit in just two hours!
Another occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Charles. I took with me $100 that I couldn’t stand to lose. I got hoggish, I got terrified, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 32 minutes! The lesson is don’t ever wager anymore than you are able to squander. If you do not worry about losing, you have a greater chance of winning big!
How else can you improve your chances of winning at Roulette other than creating a budget? Never wager on single numbers! Sure, they come up every once in a while, but they do not hit often enough to ensure a steady profit. Only wager on even bets e.g. red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like 1st 12, 2nd 12, 3rd 12, etc Bet on odds that pay fairly high.
With the basic rules reviewed, how else can we further increase our chances of winning at Roulette? By making probability into our ally, instead of our enemy. "You can not be a winner at Roulette", my friend Ben would say to me. "It’s absolutely arbitrary due to the fact that any number could come up". Yes, my buddy Chris does have a point, but at the same instance, he is overlooking a critical part of the picture. I totally agree, red or black could be landed on 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
